For each one-week interval, the Double Usage Privilege offers you an opportunity to divide your two-bedroom unit and receive two weeks of usage time within your season.
You will occupy the one-bedroom Master Suite on one visit and the Guest Studio on the other visit, seven days of use in each for a total of 14 days. Double Usage may not be applicable at future Residence Clubs.
The Double Usage Privilege also gives you the opportunity to use one portion of your villa at Avaira and deposit the other portion with Interval International. Depositing with Interval International allows you two years in which to use the deposited week. You may use one portion of your villa and request a Club exchange with the other portion or you may request Club exchanges with both portions. All exchanges and deposits must be in seven-day increments.
Steps to Follow
Step 1 - Contact Owner Services up to 12 months before intended date of arrival of your first week, as a single week owner or as a multiple week owner.
Step 2 - Owner Services will confirm your reservation based upon availability.

Step 3 - Your second reservation may be made at the same time or on a future date. Remember, it must be reserved within your season or use year.

Helpful Hint: When making your Double Usage reservations, we recommend that you reserve both the Master Suite and Guest Studio at the same time.
