As a Four Seasons Residence Club owner, you have the opportunity to exchange your week(s) at Aviara for another Four Seasons Residence Club.
Aviara owners are able, subject to availability, to exchange directly to Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North, or into a non-owned season at Aviara.
Steps to Follow
Please note: You must be enrolled as a member of the Exchange Club in order to use this privilege.
Step 1

Select the week(s) you desire within your use year. Select the Residence Club or season to which you would like to exchange. All exchanges are for full seven-day increments and are "like for like" (i.e. two- bedroom villa for two-bedroom villa, one-bedroom Master Suite for one-bedroom Master Suite, or Guest Studio for Guest Studio).
Same Seasons Exchange
At 10 months before intended date of arrival of the use week, you may reserve an exchange in the same season as the one in which you own, subject to availability.
Higher Season Exchange
At 6 months before intended date of arrival of the use week, you may reserve an exchange one season higher than the one in which you own, subject to availability. You may also request an exchange between seasons at your home Residence Club. Simply follow the guidelines on the following page.
Note: You must exchange your week(s) within your use year.
