As a Four Seasons Residence Club owner, you have the privilege of converting your villa use week(s) into Accommodations Currency,
Redeemable for room and tax charges at all Four Seasons-named hotels and resorts,with the exception of Four Seasons New York Downtown.
Steps to Follow
Step 1

You may redeem your week(s) by calling Owner Services starting January 1st in the year prior to the use year being redeemed. You may cancel this request up until December 31st.
Please note that there is a cap on the number of intervals that may be redeemed for the Hotels and Resorts Exchange in each use year.

Step 2
|
The Accommodations Currency will be issued during the first 15 days of January in the use year redeemed as long as all Annual Assessments have been paid and all accounts are in good standing.

Step 3
|
Full two-bedroom villas must be redeemed. The one-bedroom Master Suite and the Guest Studio are not available for redemption separately.
Note: You may transfer your Accommodations Currency to family or friends for a nominal fee of $25 per transfer.

When you are ready to make a reservation at a Four Seasons hotel or resort, please contact Four Seasons Worldwide Reservations Office at (416) 445-5031, or toll-free in Canada or U.S.A. at (800) 654-2040.

Helpful Hint: A confirmation letter will be sent from Aviara Owner Services as verification of the release of your home Residence Club week(s) and your intent to use the Exchange Privilege. A confirmation letter will be sent from our Worldwide Reservations Office as verification of your hotel or resort reservation.
